THE SPACE:
As you step into our beach house, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy open-concept fully equipped kitchen, followed by the living room. The entire house has an eclectic vibe making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of sun-soaked adventures.
The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. The rooms have storage space for your belongings and fresh linens will be provided.
A clean and well-appointed bathroom with a shower/tub combination completes the interior of the beach house. We provide towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
GUEST ACCESS INFORMATION:
Guests who reserve this space will have access to the rear house of the property only. There is a common outdoor space that includes the fire pit, Adirondack chairs and grill that is shared between both units.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
There is no off street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking.
No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.
The minimum age to book is 24 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.
During your stay, you will have access to the entire back house on this property. There is another house in the front of the property that may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Please be courteous and share the outdoor spaces.
Since the house is raised, there is a single flight of stairs to access the front door of the property.

Summary: VRBO provided accurate information. Me, husband, 24 yr old daughter and almost 2 yr old pup spent a relaxing few days. Very clean. Amenities were perfect. All we needed to purchase was food and beverages or eat out. We did not use the BBQ but our neighbor’s did and it was new and clean. We enjoyed the fire pit one night as well. Overall, an excellent place to stay. 5 minute walk to beach is a pleasant walk. We walked everywhere during our stay. Only caution is parking could be challenging during the weekend if looking for free parking, but this is no reflection on the property. Just the business of a vacation destination. Highly recommend this property.
